Q: What forms of payment do you accept?

A: We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, and Apple Pay [as well as Klarna/AfterPay]


Q: I didn’t receive a receipt or return label in my shipment. How do I get one?

A: In an effort to reduce paper waste, we do not include invoices or return slips with each shipment. Your order confirmation should have been sent to you via email. To initiate a return, please reach out to care@seauprima.com and the team will help you.


Q: Where can I find my tracking number?

A: Tracking information for your order can be found at My Account or in your shipping confirmation email.


Q: What if my item arrived damaged or defective?

A: Please contact care@seauprima.com and the team will help to replace your damaged item.


Q: What is your return policy?

A: We hope you’ll love your S’eau Prima product, but if you’re less than satisfied we accept returns within 30 days of purchase. Email care@seauprima.com with your order number, and a member of our team will assist you. Returns within the US are free.

Please allow up to two weeks for refunds to be credited. Please note that original shipping charges will not be refunded.


Q: If I have already opened my product can I still return it?

A: Yes, we will happily honor your return as long as less than 25% of the product has been used.


Q: I love my Foundational Face Mist and can’t live without it. Can I set up a subscription?

A: At this time we do not offer a subscription model but we are working on it!
